How Aura One Can Help

Support for every stage of your Wrike journey.

Every organization arrives with a different objective. Some need a substantial implementation or transformation. Others need a defined project completed, continued ownership of the workspace, or expert support as needs arise. Aura One offers four clear ways to work together.

01
Core Service

Workspace Architecture

A substantial implementation or workspace transformation that requires broader discovery, coordination, and delivery across teams, stakeholders, or connected business processes. Workspace Architecture has a three-month minimum, agreed outcomes, and a clear completion point. Aura One translates your business processes and requirements into a scalable Wrike solution, then prepares your organization to carry the work forward.

What defines Workspace Architecture
A substantial implementation or transformation Broader organizational impact Multiple stakeholders or connected processes Deeper discovery and solution design Three-month minimum Validation, deployment, and knowledge transfer

02
Ongoing Partnership

Workspace Ownership

An ongoing, month-to-month partnership for organizations that need Aura One to assume continued responsibility for their Wrike workspace. Aura One maintains continuity, manages changing priorities, supports users, protects governance, and continues building or improving the workspace as the organization evolves.

Common areas of focus
Workspace administration and governance Enhancements and process improvements User support and troubleshooting Dashboards, reporting, and automation Documentation and enablement Strategic planning and platform adoption

03
Defined Engagement

Workspace Projects

A focused engagement for a contained Wrike initiative with a narrower scope and shorter timeline than Workspace Architecture. A Workspace Project may still encompass an end-to-end business process and multiple components, but it is typically completed within a few weeks to 60 days rather than requiring a broader workspace transformation.

What defines a Workspace Project
A contained business objective Narrower scope and organizational impact Agreed deliverables and outcomes A few weeks to 60 days Validation and deployment

Right-Sized Engagements

Scope reflects the work, not a rigid company category.

Engagement size reflects the complexity of the workspace, the breadth of the organization’s needs, and the level of responsibility Aura One will assume. Scope of work, current workspace condition, business processes, integrations, governance requirements, and internal capacity are considered during scoping.

A smaller organization may require a broader engagement when the work is complex or Aura One is carrying substantial responsibility. A larger organization may need a lighter engagement when the objective is contained and strong internal ownership is already in place. The Complimentary Wrike Consultation helps establish the right service and scope.

Your Tailored Scope
Your Level of Involvement

Choose how hands-on you want your team to be.

Collaboration does not look the same for every client. Aura One can lead the implementation, build alongside your team, or guide your team while they perform more of the work.

Consultant-led

Aura One leads the design and build. Your team provides business context, decisions, testing, and approvals.

Collaborative

Aura One and your team design and build together, with hands-on knowledge transfer throughout the engagement.

Client-led with guidance

Your team performs the build while Aura One advises, reviews, troubleshoots, and coaches.

Whichever approach you choose, the goal is the same: a solution your organization understands, trusts, and can confidently evolve.

Let's Find the Right Path
